This onsite position emphasizes patient safety, leadership, and operational excellence, with day shifts and full-time hours.

The role requires a Texas pharmacist license (or eligibility) and 2+ years of pharmacy practice, with preferred PharmD and leadership experience in hospital or pediatric

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and Texas Pharmacist License (or eligible).
Minimum 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience.
Leadership experience preferred in hospital or pediatric settings.

Responsibilities

Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Supervise pharmacists and staff; develop talent.
Champion medication safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
Optimize workflows, staffing, and pharmacy systems.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
