Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and Texas Pharmacist License (or eligible).
- Minimum 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience.
- Leadership experience preferred in hospital or pediatric settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
- Supervise pharmacists and staff; develop talent.
- Champion medication safety and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
- Optimize workflows, staffing, and pharmacy systems.
