Job summary

Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA) in Bend, OR is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a team that delivers high-quality pediatric care. You’ll room patients, take vitals, document in the EHR, assist with procedures, and support clinicians.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and compassionate, family-centered care. Experience with Epic EMR and MS Office is preferred; bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
• Current MA certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
• CPR for Healthcare Provider required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals and medical history, and document in the EHR per standards.
• Administer medications and immunizations with proper dosing.
• Support providers with efficient clinical workflows and follow-ups.
• Provide direct patient services such as phlebotomy and patient education.
• Collaborate across teams to support staffing and onboarding.
