OU Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative I for the Tulsa Pediatric Cardiology Clinic to coordinate patient schedules and provide essential clerical support in a busy outpatient setting.

The role involves greeting patients, answering calls, verifying demographics, processing payments, and assisting with chart preparation and portal promotion. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of professional work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.
• Keyboarding skills to meet job requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules patient appointments, either by telephone or in person.
• Greets patients as they arrive for scheduled appointments and assists as needed.
• Answers telephone calls and distributes to the appropriate staff.
• Collects and verifies payments and writes receipts.
• Balances and closes cash drawer daily.
• Pulls patient charts and files as needed; copies records for sharing.
