Job summary

Just Kids Pediatrics in Oklahoma City is seeking a friendly PEP Receptionist to join our Mustang Clinic. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, register patients, verify insurance, and help create a positive patient experience aligned with our core values.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of medical office experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; shifts include weekends and flexibility to cover other clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (Spanish) PLUS!
• Minimum of 2 year experience registering and scheduling patients is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communications skills.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Types 25 words per minute with 96% accuracy.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work other locations and schedules when needed.
