OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for Lone Tree Pediatrics to ensure a smooth patient experience. You will handle registration, scheduling, and communication between patients and providers, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in billing and insurance verification.

This role reports to the Front Office Supervisor and Practice Manager, with responsibilities including doctor coordination, patient outreach, and records management in a fast-paced clinical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and EHR software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients upon arrival and collect insurance information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with providers to optimize daily schedules.
• Answer calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately with proper etiquette.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing questions.
