Job summary

SGMC Health in Georgia's Main Campus is seeking a Pediatric RN to join our team on the 7P-7A shift. This full-time position supports high-quality patient care for diverse pediatric patients, coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

You will lead and develop staff on your shift, ensure adherence to clinical standards, and help maintain SGMC Health's mission and values while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR.
• Current PALS Certification.
• Relevant clinical nursing experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and work in a team.
• Strong communication across diverse populations.
• Ability to operate clinical equipment and computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care across all age groups on the unit.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and other disciplines.
• Support mission, vision, values, policies and standards.
• Manage shift within established budgetary parameters.
• Supervise, manage and assist in staff development on assigned shift.
