Job summary

SGMC Health at the Lanier Campus is seeking a dedicated RN for the Full Time 12-hour Night Shift. You will deliver quality patient care, implement the nursing process across age groups, and coordinate care plans with physicians and other disciplines to ensure safe, effective outcomes.

You will work within a team that values excellence, accountability, and continuous staff development. The role includes supporting unit operations, supervising colleagues, and contributing to SGMC Health’s mission

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Georgia.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR required.
• Relevant clinical experience required.
• Leadership, supervision, and/or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop others individually and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care on a shift and provide care using the nursing process for all ages on the unit.
• Coordinate patient plans of care with physicians and other disciplines.
• Support SGMC Health’s mission, vision, values, and standards.
• Assist manager in operating the unit within budgetary parameters.
• Supervise, manage, and assist staff development; assist with unit operations as assigned.
