SGMC Health in Valdosta, GA seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Pediatrics Department. You will deliver high-quality patient care across pediatric age groups and coordinate care plans with physicians and other disciplines.

You will help uphold SGMC Health's mission and standards on a shift that runs 7 PM to 7 AM, and you will supervise and assist in staff development, ensuring budgetary parameters are respected.

Formación

• Current RN license in the State of Georgia and CPR required.
• PALS certification is required.
• Leadership, supervision or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop others and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver quality patient care on a shift across pediatric age groups.
• Coordinate the patient care plan with physicians and other clinicians.
• Maintain SGMC Health's mission, vision, values, and standards on shift.
• Manage shift within budgetary parameters.
• Supervise and assist in staff development on assigned shift.
