Qualifications

• Healthcare experience and customer service experience preferred.
• Medical Office/Call Center experience desired.
• Travel to other locations required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and verify insurance benefits; determine patient financial responsibility.
• Explain all forms and collect any patient balance at point of service.
• Register patients and update demographics; assist with pre-registration when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality in handling patient information.
• Cross-train with the Emergency Room and support other registration functions.
