Pediatric Healthcare Associates is seeking a full-time Patient Access Representative to join our team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will handle a high volume of calls, schedule appointments, and support clinicians across four offices.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accuracy while managing schedules and message routing. This in-person role requires reliability and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing and computer proficiency required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred (call center a plus).
• Healthcare or medical office experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volumes of incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Determine caller needs and direct calls across four offices.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Send detailed messages to offices and communicate with staff.
• Read and monitor clinicians' schedules and work recall lists daily.
• Support administrative tasks and call center duties as assigned.
