Qualifications

• Experience with medically fragile children is required.
• Licensed NY massage therapist with current credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy under HCBS Waiver to pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized massage care plans.
• Document assessments, plans, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with palliative team and family members.
• Monitor therapy effectiveness and adjust as needed.
