Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a compassionate Clinical Therapist to deliver assessment, counseling, and treatment within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure in Michigan (LMSW, LPC, LP, or equivalent).
• Strong clinical assessment and communication abilities.
• Capability to provide person-centered behavioral health services.
• Experience delivering evidence-based therapy with individuals, groups and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Collaborate with treatment team members to coordinate patient care and maintain documentation
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and community resource coordination
• Promote a recovery-focused, person-centered treatment environment
