Job summary

Children's Wisconsin in Milwaukee seeks an Outpatient PT/OT Rehab Assistant to support therapy teams, assist with patient care, and prepare supplies for sessions in a pediatric setting. You will help with rooming, scheduling, maintaining a safe, clean treatment area, and coordinating with clinicians.

A high school diploma is preferred; BLS certification required; prior pediatric healthcare experience is a plus; schedule Mon-Thu 10:30am-7:00pm and Fri 8:30am-5:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED/HSED preferred.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Certification required.
• Experience in pediatric healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with patient care and prepares supplies for treatment sessions.
• Assists with rooming, check-out and scheduling to enhance patient experience.
• Monitors daily schedule, manages appointments, no-shows, and wait lists.
• Maintains inventory, stocks and cleans treatment areas per standards.
• Greets patients/families and supports clinic operations.
