Job summary

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas with a SCD or DPT.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required or obtained during orientation.
• Maintain certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for all ages from neonate to geriatric.
• Perform patient assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
• Educate patients and families to meet educational needs.
• Plan for discharge and coordinate with care team.
