Job summary

Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital in Wheaton, IL seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 1.0 FTE position. You will provide direct patient care, participate in teaching, and contribute to committees and process improvement in a collaborative care environment.

Responsibilities include managing patient plans of care, adhering to ethics and compliance standards, documenting in EMR, and supporting department goals. Must have IL license and BLS; degrees per listed requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Illinois.
• BLS from American Heart Association upon hire.
• Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (preferred)

Responsibilities
