Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Illinois seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary pediatric team. You will assess clients, implement therapies, and guide families to reinforce skills at home and in daily routines.

The role focuses on play-based therapy, sensory integration, and feeding supports, with mentorship, professional development, and a strong teamwork culture. A master’s or doctoral OT degree and IL license are required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• OT licensure or license eligible in Illinois; NBCOT certification pursued.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of equipment when necessary.
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions to develop fine motor, cognition, language, self-care and regulation skills.
• Support families to reinforce treatment goals in daily activities.
