Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary pediatric team in Elmhurst, IL. You’ll assess clients, design engaging, development-focused interventions, and guide families to implement strategies at home and in sessions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SLPs, PTs, counselors, and ABA professionals, with a focus on sensory integration, feeding, and mental health in children. A supportive mentorship culture accompanies a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam passed or eligible.
• Illinois OT licensure or licensure eligible.
• Strong collaboration and communication with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of equipment when necessary.
• Identify and implement interventions to develop fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, regulation, and more.
• Provide support and guidance to families to foster treatment practices.
