Job summary

Westside is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll assess clients for adaptations and use of equipment, and specialize in areas like Sensory Integration Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Pediatric Mental Health.

You’ll collaborate with SLPs, PTs, counselors, and ABA professionals, mentor by skilled staff, and help families implement strategies at home. Illinois OT licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Must pass NBCOT or be license-eligible in Illinois.
• Experience in pediatric therapies and sensory integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and implement interventions to develop fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, and regulation.
• Support families to reinforce treatment at home and in daily routines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
