Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Illinois. You will assess pediatric clients, implement therapeutic interventions to enhance fine motor, language, cognition, and self-care skills, and guide families to reinforce treatment at home.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SLPs, PTs, counselors, and ABA professionals, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 3–7 pm.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• OT licensure or license eligible, in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary.
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions to develop fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, and regulation skills.
• Provide support and guidance to families to foster treatment practices.
