Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a pediatric clinic in Goodyear, AZ. The role focuses on school-based therapy, evaluating students and implementing tailored treatment plans to support IEP goals.

You will collaborate with educators and other therapists to deliver OT services, monitor progress, and ensure regulatory compliance. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible applicants, with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain).
• IVP Fingerprint Card.
• Preferred: experience in school-based or pediatric settings.
• Knowledge of IEP development, special education processes, and intervention planning.
• Experience with sensory integration, fine motor development, and adaptive strategies.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEPs and clinical needs.
• Provide direct OT services to students across school-based settings.
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and related service providers to support student goals and accommodations.
• Develop, update, and monitor IEP goals, including participation in annual and triennial reviews.
• Complete data collection, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Recommend adaptive strategies, environmental modifications, and assistive equipment as needed.
• Provide consultation, training, and guidance to school staff and COTAs when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations related to occupational therapy services.
