Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students in Goodyear, AZ, working one day a week. You will evaluate students, design meaningful treatment plans, and provide direct OT services in school settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and special education teams, with a focus on IEP goals, data collection, and compliant clinical documentation while delivering compassionate, student-centered care.

Qualifications

• Arizona OT license (OTR/L) or eligibility to obtain.
• IVP fingerprint clearance required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs.
• Provide direct OT services to students in school settings.
• Collaborate with special education teams and teachers to support goals.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals and participate in reviews.
• Complete data collection and clinical documentation timely.
• Recommend adaptive strategies and assistive equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to school staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and district OT regulations.
