Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to provide school-based services in Goodyear, AZ, working one day per week. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and part-time hours with an emphasis on student-centered outcomes.

You will evaluate students, design treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers and related services to implement supports and monitor progress. A valid AZ OT license and IVP are required.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain).
• IVP Fingerprint Card.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and intervention planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs.
• Provide direct OT services to students in school-based settings.
• Collaborate with special education teams and teachers to support student goals.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals, including annual and triennial reviews.
• Complete data collection, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation timely.
• Recommend adaptive strategies, environmental modifications, and assistive equipment.
