Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Alameda, CA is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to join our pediatric team. We offer flexible full-time and part-time/per-diem options in school-based and clinic settings.

You will deliver direct therapy, assess children, collaborate with educators and families, and maintain thorough documentation. CA OT licensure and a Master’s or Doctorate in OT are required. Join a supportive, multidisciplinary team focused on real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
• Holds (or are eligible for) a valid California OT license
• Masters Degree or Doctorate in OT
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings
• Communicates effectively in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy to children in school-based and clinic settings.
• Conduct assessments for children in both school and clinic environments.
• Collaborate closely with educators, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments and plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
