Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Designs an appropriate plan of care that integrates goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge plan.
• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students, and other health care providers using relevant teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes of care.
• Performs examination and selects appropriate tests to determine chief complaints and history.
• Manages documentation in therapy EMR including goals, progress and discharge plans.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
