Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients of all ages.
• Designs an appropriate plan of care with goals and discharge plan.
• Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
• Educates patients, families, caregivers, and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Performs examinations and selects appropriate assessment methods.
• Documents evaluations and plans of care in the EMR per policy.
