Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• NBCOT Certification and Colorado state licensure or eligibility is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with neurodivergent clients preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of sensory processing, self-regulation, and motor development is crucial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in clinic and via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on sensory regulation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists to provide integrated care.
• Engage with families to support skill development beyond therapy sessions.
• Access advanced therapy resources and tools.
