Job summary

Children Matter, Llc is a pediatric clinic dedicated to neurodiversity-affirming care. We seek a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who collaborates with speech therapists and other OTs to support holistic development in a child-led environment.

You will work with families in a supportive interdisciplinary team, offering relationship-centered therapy and ongoing learning opportunities, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• OT degree and state licensure required or in process.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services for pediatric clients in a child-led, strengths-based framework
• Collaborate regularly with speech therapists and occupational therapists to support integrated care
• Build strong, respectful partnerships with families and caregivers
• Create engaging, flexible therapy sessions that honor each child’s interests, sensory profile, and communication style
• Participate in team meetings, case collaboration, and ongoing professional development
• Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a willingness to learn and grow within neurodiversity-affirming practices
