Cortica in Arizona seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric, transdisciplinary care team. Deliver play-based, family-centered therapy, and collaborate with neurology, pediatrics, ABA, and speech-language therapy to craft holistic treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted OT license with eligibility for cross-state licensure as Cortica expands.
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills with a passion for integrative, family-centered care.
• Collaborative spirit with experience in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Comfort with electronic medical records and standard software.

Responsabilités

• Assess and set dynamic treatment goals using standardized tools.
• Deliver one-on-one, group, and co-treatment sessions with play-based, evidence-informed approaches.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to plan integrative care addressing sensorimotor, cognitive, and social aspects.
• Educate families on home-based strategies to extend gains beyond the clinic.
• Document accurately to support compliance and billing while delivering high-quality care.
