Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Illinois OT license is required.
• BLS from American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates NM values and delivers direct patient care.
• Teaches and participates in committees and process improvement.
• Maintains documentation and communicates effectively with patients and team members.
• Completes notes reflecting patient response and status within regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with other therapists and healthcare team to optimize care.
