Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge to provide age-appropriate patient care for diverse populations.
• Basic computer skills to access operations and patient data.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using appropriate assessments to determine OT needs and discharge plans.
• Document findings and patient progress within established timeframes.
• Maintain productive time management to meet designated productivity standards.
• Attend rounds and conferences; communicate status and follow-up needs.
