Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a full-time role serving families in Arlington and Grand Prairie, TX. You will evaluate and treat children at home, collaborate with families and care teams, and help kids reach their developmental goals.

Qualifikationen

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• 3+ years of pediatric OT experience.
• Experience in home-health settings.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or related specialties.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with patients’ medical neighborhoods and coordinate care with other providers.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork.
• Adhere to agency policies, standards, and applicable laws in home-health pediatrics.
