THERAPY 2000 is a mission-driven team delivering home-based pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy across Texas. This role, for Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Bryan/College Station, includes a sign-on bonus and access to a company car, reflecting our commitment to patient-centered care.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans with physicians, and collaborate across providers to support children reaching their potential in familiar home environments.

Qualifications

• Current active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• 3+ years as a pediatric Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in home-health settings.
• Interest or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients' caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and maintain chart updates.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
• Engage with agency personnel to align with expectations and standards.
• Comply with agency policies and applicable laws.
• Adhere to codes of ethics and regulatory guidelines.
