Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy in the Frisco/The Colony area. You will evaluate children, develop personalized treatment plans, and create home exercise programs in partnership with families.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adherence to agency policies, and high standards of care for pediatric patients in a home-health setting located in Texas.

Qualifications

• Current active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• 3+ years of pediatric occupational therapy experience.
• Experience in home-health settings.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines and complete required charting and paperwork.
