Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered OT services in home and community settings across Texas. You will evaluate needs, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions to improve ADLs, motor skills, and sensory processing, while educating families for daily carryover.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
