Applicants must hold an active Texas OT license, graduate from an accredited OT program, and maintain CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development.
• Educate and empower families for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams; document care in EMR; maintain compliance.
