Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs in Houston, TX and surrounding areas.

You will evaluate, treat, and monitor progress, developing individualized plans to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, and overall independence in a supportive, mission-driven team environment. In-home visits offer flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license in Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ year pediatric/home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in home and community settings.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system and maintain regulatory compliance.
