Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Texas is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide in‑home pediatric therapy across our service area. Join a clinician‑owned organization that supports growth and collaboration.

You will evaluate, plan, and implement treatments to improve daily living, motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, and social‑emotional development while educating families for carryover. Flexible full‑ and part‑time schedules are available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license in Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ year pediatric experience (preferred).
• Home health experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in home and community settings.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development.
• Educate and empower families for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
