Qualifikationen

• Texas license to practice occupational therapy.
• 3+ years as a pediatric Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with providers across disciplines to coordinate care.
• Complete patient charts, progress summaries, and logs on schedule.
• Maintain understanding of agency expectations and quality standards.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
