Cortica Care in Phoenix, AZ seeks a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a pediatric, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to neurodevelopmental care. You will develop goals, deliver play-based, goal-driven interventions, and collaborate with families to support daily living skills.

You'll work with physicians, nurses, SLPs, PTs, ABA professionals, and others in an integrated model, advancing clinical practice while maintaining compliant documentation and family education outside sessions.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active OT licensure in applicable state(s).
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care in pediatrics.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Set OT treatment goals using dynamic and standardized assessments.
• Provide play-based, goal-driven interventions to improve sensory processing and daily skills.
• Deliver individual and group therapy, and co-treat with other disciplines as appropriate.
• Facilitate engaging experiences to support participation in activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with families to align care with values and goals.
