Cortica Care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary setting. The role focuses on delivering play-based, goal-oriented therapy to children with neurodevelopmental differences, while advancing through a Clinical Ladder and utilizing an annual CEU stipend for professional growth.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care, manage a manageable caseload, and participate in ongoing program

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active OT licensure in the practicing state(s).
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish OT treatment goals using dynamic assessments.
• Provide play-based and goal-driven interventions to support daily activities.
• Deliver individual therapy, group sessions, and co-treatments with other disciplines.
• Collaborate with families to align care with values, interests, and goals.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and company policies.
• Engage in cross-discipline consultations to optimize outcomes for children.
