Job summary

Cortica in California is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, build meaningful family relationships, and deliver evidence-based, play-centered therapy that helps children thrive.

You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide engaging therapy focused on sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-care, and daily participation, and educate caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current California OT license.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations using standardized and dynamic assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans reflecting each child's strengths, interests, and goals.
• Deliver engaging, play-based therapy focused on sensory processing, self-care, and participation in daily activities.
• Collaborate closely with families and an interdisciplinary clinical team to provide integrated care.
• Educate caregivers with practical home strategies that support progress.
• Maintain documentation and billing that supports high-quality care.
