Job summary

Hopebridge in Ohio seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a clinician-founded, mission-driven team delivering progressive and compassionate care to children with diverse needs.

You will conduct comprehensive OT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate across ABA, Speech, and Psychology to coordinate integrated care. Mentoring OT students and supporting families are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must hold current OT license and be registered with AOTA.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Eligibility to practice in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy that meets each child where they are.
• Collaborate across disciplines (ABA, Speech, Psychology) to create integrated care plans.
• Guide and support caregivers and staff.
• Participate in IEP development and implementation.
• Mentor and supervise OT students and support team development.
