Job summary

Advocate Health in High Point, North Carolina is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for the Outpatient Rehabilitation: Elm unit. This full-time, 40-hour/week role offers a sign-on bonus and relocation support for qualified candidates.

You will perform patient assessments and implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the rehab team to support safe, functional outcomes. Requires a B.S. or M.S. in OT, NC state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree from accredited occupational therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state.
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.
