Job summary

School of Imagination & Happy Talkers in Dublin, CA is hiring licensed pediatric OTs in full-time or part-time roles, permanent or temporary, including per-diem coverage.

As a core clinical partner with SLPs, ABA, and Infant Development, you will address sensory processing, motor development, self-regulation, and daily living skills.

CA OT License, ACOTE‑accredited OT degree, strong communication with families and teams, and comfort with electronic records (CentralReach preferred).

Qualifications

• CA OT license required to begin.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Commitment to interprofessional collaboration and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families and teams.
• Proficiency with electronic health records; CentralReach familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct standardized and clinical assessments; write evaluation reports and treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and small-group therapy aligned to IEP goals; document progress.
• Participate in case conferences with SLP, ABA, and Infant Development teams.
• Maintain billing, licensing, and clinical documentation standards.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to extend OT strategies at home and in the community.
• Contribute to cross-discipline collaboration and program development.
