• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required and current state licensure.
• CPR certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Pediatric clinical experience and home health exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and administer pediatric occupational therapy in home health settings.
• Guide patients and families to restore or enhance daily living and functional skills.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with families about progress and home programming.
• Participate in mentor activities and professional development.
