Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric occupational therapy in home health.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to restore or enhance performance.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communications with patient/family regarding progress and home programs.
