Job summary

KidsCare Home Health seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric in-home therapy. You will evaluate, plan, and implement OT services to improve daily living skills in children, while coordinating with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure is required.
• Pediatric clinical/home health experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric occupational therapy in the home health setting.
• Direct the patient and caregiver in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and/or enhance performance.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients and family members to appropriate services and resources as needed.
