Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required in the state of practice.
• DOH Approval per regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to children in Early Intervention, including home or center settings.
• Conduct evaluations and track child progress.
• Deliver OT services as mandated in the IFSP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to support child goals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.
