Metro Therapy, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide services to children in the Early Intervention program across home or center settings on Long Island and NYC. The role includes conducting evaluations, tracking progress, and delivering services per the IFSP.

You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child’s goals and complete thorough documentation and progress notes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial registration with NBCOT.
• Active OT license in the state of practice.
• DOH approval required for practice.

Mansioni

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to children in the Early Intervention program (home or center).
• Perform evaluations and track child progress.
• Deliver OT services as mandated in the IFSP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.

Formazione
