Qualifications

• Active Michigan OT license.
• NBCOT registration or certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs through screenings and evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to improve function and mobility.
• Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Ensure proper equipment and adaptations for treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve outcomes.
